A client recommended Melissa's professional real-estate services last summer (2025). My husband and I had already had our property up for sale since fall of 2022, and tried to work with two other real-estate companies.

Melissa is a breath of
fresh air 💕. Even though we wanted to price our property a little higher than the economy wanted to support, she was ready to take on the challenge.

Melissa has a very kind and engaging personality. She is a true professional and takes care of her clients with regular real estate updates, monthly flyers and seasonal property photos. Melissa was the first real-estate agent to organize and follow through with open house events for other realtor agents and the general public. She even added a festive Halloween and Christmas flare to a couple of these events.
Our property is now sold. My husband and I are very grateful to Melissa. We truly believe it was her positive energy and hard work that helped us close the deal.
